Financial Law & Regulation

A 6-month virtual diploma providing advanced knowledge of financial laws, banking and securities regulations, consumer protection, and cross-border financial compliance.

Note

On completion of the course, the student will undertake an additional 3 months of active learning, including exposure to relevant case studies and becoming certified as an Associate of the Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP). Students without sufficient practical experience will require an additional 2 years of industry experience before induction as Associate.
