Reputation & Communication Risk Management

A 4-month advanced diploma exploring reputational and communication risks, their impact on organizational performance, and strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating these risks.

Note

On completion of the course, the student will undertake an additional 3 months of active learning, including exposure to relevant case studies and becoming certified as an Associate of the Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP). Students without sufficient practical experience will require an additional 2 years of industry experience before induction as Associate.

Duration: 4 Months Part-Time | 4 Weeks Full-Time (Hybrid)

Introduction

Reputation & Communication Risk Management focuses on the growing importance of managing reputational risks in modern organizations. Every action taken by an organization’s leadership and staff can influence public perception and ultimately affect financial performance. Despite this, many executives and corporate affairs professionals do not fully appreciate the relationship between an organization’s image and its bottom line. This course is designed to bridge that gap by helping professionals understand reputational and communication risks from a structured risk management perspective. Students will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate these risks and understand their impact on organizational relationships, stakeholder trust, and long-term sustainability.
